About our shipping & payment methods
*We are not responsible for any package lost or stolen.
*We are not responsible for anything "lost" in the mailing process if the tracking number is being shown as "delivered."
* If a package is returned to us due to an "insufficient address" given on the order, the customer will pay for shipping for the item to be re-shipped.
Instock: We have the item on hand. We will ship out within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Australian post takes 1-3 days to be delivered. All elsewhere will take 1-10 business days to be delivered.
Out of stock: Customers will have to wait for availability, which may takes up to 2 weeks.
Pre-order: The item is NOT instock or inhand, and is an item to be ordered from our supplier. From the date we submit our order, it takes 1-2 weeks for us to receive, and another 1-3 days to process, repackage, and ship out the item. There will be NO CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS once our order has been placed with our supplier. Being that preorders are submitted once a month to our supplier, items may be unavailable (due to being out of stock or for other reasons with our supplier) Orders will be automatically refunded if the item is unable to be received. There is no guarantee the preordered item is in stock with our supplier. Refunds will ONLY be made per our return/exchange policy.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! Email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org telling us who you are, where you're from (provide your postal code, if your location has one), and what you'd like to order so we could give you an exact total, including postage.
Has my order been shipped?
You will receive an Australain post tracking number in your email once your item has been shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once you receive an email from us containing your tracking number, follow these steps:
1) Copy the tracking number.
2) Go to -> https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking
3) Paste the tracking number under "track" on the left side under quick tools, and press Enter.
