No refunds will be given once an instock item has shipped or a preorder item has been ordered from our supplier, unless the item is proven defective and is returned within 7 days of being received.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Goods received within 7 days are only returnable or exchangeable if defective. The first day of the grace period starts from the day that the product arrived in the hand of the customer. The definitions of defects are as follows:
Lens was torn or broken in SEALED bottle
Lens was in odd shape in SEALED bottle
Lens was expired in SEALED bottle
Products are exchangeable under these circumstances. To exchange the products, photo of products are required to prove the defects. Also, returned defective products will be inspected thoroughly. Exchangeable or refundable policy is void if the products show any sign of use.
LuminousAustralia will not entertain any complaints after the 7 days grace period.
